This Long‑Wear Light Base Plate uses a spiral-structured adhesive that securely bonds to the skin, managing moisture to reduce irritation. It locks pouches with an audible click, ensures pouch rotation flexibility, and supports changing pouches without removing the wafer. Engineered for extra adhesion—especially useful for aggressive output—the wafer includes belt ears for optional securement and is compatible with all Alterna pouches.
