Description
The SISSEL Balancefit is the modern version of the classic balance board designed to improve balance and coordination and to strengthen muscles. It is an air-filled plastic disc with nubs to stimulate the soles of the feet and improve sensitivity, and it can also be used for sitting exercises.The SISSEL Balancefit can be used in combination with other SISSEL products such as the Balancefit Pad, the Spiky Dome and the more challenging Balance Board/ Pro and therapy disc, providing effective exercise at the various levels required.
