Parsons Oxygen Tank Holder are made of PVC coated, heavy duty navy blue nylon. These oxygen tank holders for wheelchairs are strong, waterproof and lightweight The top and bottom straps are equipped with quick-release buckles and are fully adjustable to accommodate most wheelchairs. The top straps can be attached to the wheelchair push handles or uprights while bottom straps attach to the wheelchair tipping levers.
